I’ve been playing with the available themes from WordPress. Â I wanted something clean but with some photos. Â I still haven’t figured out how to adjust photos to add them as a header. Â I think I’m going to break the blog into categories since I don’t have just one topic that reflect on.
I love photography, writing, my family, my pupalups and camping. Â I also have three autoimmune diseases that are multiplying all on their own.
I’m trying to live a healthy lifestyle and reduce my stress. Â Stress is having a very negative output on me in the form of migraines, pain and uncontrolled autoimmunity. Â I’m working on getting back into Yoga and taking a meditation class.
I love photos of places I’ve been, the pupalups, the kidlets if they let me take their photo so I will try to include some.
Subscription boxes were a complete addiction. Â I’ve reduced the ones I receive to Birchbox and Popsugar for me monthly and my daughter gets IPSY monthly. Â Quarterly I receive Luxebox by Loose Button and Shirts by Elizabeth and Clarke.
I want to let my passion for writing and photography to shine through.  If you have any suggestions, I’m all ears.
Today my family celebrates Thanksgiving. Â In Canada we celebrate five weeks earlier than our American friends. Â I have no idea why ours is early or theirs is late.
We have just four of us home today to celebrate and it will be four wonderful generations. Â My gram who is 90 years young, my mom, my daughter and me. Â Four generations and four women.
Last night I came home from work, my living and dining room were spotless and even the kitchen was clean. Â All I had to do was enjoy my family and a glass of wine.
It’s not even 8:30 am so it’s a wee bit early for the turkey to go in the oven.
I think I might have another tea or two and write a few blog entries for some wonderful products I’ve received.
t’s not Fall yet but Summer seems to have left in a raging storm. I think that’s how I would describe my emotions right about now.
We had an amazing Summer with Sandy. Our sweet exchange daughter from Thailand. I’m so blessed that she came into our lives. My Se has a lifelong friend and we have another daughter across the world. We didn’t say goodbye just see you soon.
I came home or was walking down the hall and I could hear the giggles and I just knew Se was talking to Sandy. Facetime is AMAZING and I got to see my girl listen to the continue to giggle. So while she may not be here with us we can still see her via technology until we can get to Thailand.
There are other changes going on in our household, new car for me, senior year for my girlie along with a her first job and her driver’s licence new work schedule for the hubby.
This coming weekends marks an end to a long journey. I’m feeling sad, conflicted and loss at the same time but it was an amazing journey that I shared with my kidlets. I’m trying to write about that journey but the words are stuck in my heart.
Until we meet again, Sláinte
